KEFALOTIRI - GRAVIERA

Kefalotiri is a hard, salty cheese produced by goat and sheep milk. Based on the milk its color varies between yellow and white. Due to its hardness Kefalotiri cheese can be consumed as it is and can be perfectly combined with spaghetti and meat. Graviera is a mature cheese with rich flavor and aroma produced by goat and sheep milk or cow milk.
