Manouri is a traditional whey cheese from goat and sheep’s milk or a mixture thereof. It is a soft cheese used as an accompaniment to meals and wine. The rich buttery flavor makes it ideal for the starter proparation, a number of hot, cold, sweet and savory dishes, desserts and meals.
